About the job

The Manager, Organisational Development will report to the Director of Employee Experience and will be responsible for leading and driving the implementation of organisational development initiatives and programs. These programs may include leadership development, cultural change and engagement initiatives, talent management and performance management

You will work closely with the P&C Leadership team to design, develop and deploy programs that will enhance the skillset of our diverse workforce. This role will focus strongly on developing the moments that matter that enrich the working lives of our staff and enhance the employee experience at Swinburne.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Bachelor qualification with significant relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in leading the development and implementation of HR/organisational development and change programs and strategies in medium to large sized organisations
  • Proven ability to develop budgets and effectively manage significant financial, physical and human resources
  • Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills, with an ability to influence at a senior level
