We have a fantastic opportunity for a Medical Administration Officer within Wellbeing at Swinburne.
Reporting to the Medical Practice Manager of Wellbeing at Swinburne, this position delivers effective administrative support and customer service within Wellbeing at Swinburne. The position is expected to perform administrative tasks and reception duties using business and communication strategies to provide a high-level administrative support to staff and contractors within the service.
Flexibility, skills and knowledge to cover the Medical Finance Officer role for leave as required.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Relevant Medical Administration Certificate
• Minimum 2-3yrs experience in medical practice
• Demonstrated experience in a busy front of house medical reception
