The purpose of the Enterprise Mobility Technology Area is to connect ANZ employees with exceptional mobile solutions for tomorrow.  Our mission is to enable employees to be more productive, mobile and flexible in how they work – anywhere, anytime, any device.


As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end employee experiences and enhancing satisfaction with their corporate mobile devices or personal devices.  You will achieve this by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions for mobile devices at ANZ through human centred design practices. 


As a Business Analyst; specializing in

  • Discover opportunities for new and improved mobile services and applications
  • Assist in the coordination of user journey mapping for mobility products and identify pain points and opportunities to improve
  • Provide subject matter expertise and analytical support to help facilitate mobile app projects and operations of apps
  • Develop expertise in and champion best practices, trends, industry standards, vendor products/features in Enterprise Mobility
  • Provide business evaluation, feature recommendations and on-going support for mobile apps
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Engage and inspire employees in their use and adoption of mobile devices, application and services
  • Oversee the definition and management of high quality, mobile application product and service roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
  • Superior communication skills as you will be the conduit between stakeholders and the development team

What skills will you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in human centered design and/or business analysis across mobile device or application projects delivered through Agile
  • Understanding of the agile software delivery practices
  • Experience managing and delivering process, systems and tools change across a large and diverse organization within multiple countries and business units.
  • Familiar with mobile technology and applications
  • Familiar with software development tools
  • An ability to draw upon data to drive and connect key decisions with outcomes
