Exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team and work alongside our Adobe partner!

About the job
We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. You’ll work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders in defining business processes and supporting the delivery of all analytics-related requests. In particular, this role interfaces closely with marketing and business analytics teams, as well as IT.

You will support the delivery of analytical and decision services to inform Swinburne’s Data Analytics and Optimisation strategy using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of tools. Working in an Agile environment, the role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics and will be responsible in supporting both the day-to-day and strategic operations of the team.

The existing team includes both Data Analysts and a small Marketing Optimisation team who work alongside our Adobe partner. As such, this is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to expand their current skillset with opportunities across data analysis, reporting and marketing automation using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of tools.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A relevant degree or qualification with extensive relevant experience working on complex projects or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Strong inter-personal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Proven experience in business analysis techniques including; elicitation, documentation, interviewing techniques, conducting workshops, process mappings, gap analysis, traceability and business scenarios
