About the job
We have great fixed term opportunity to join or as our new Future Students Officer. In this role you will be responsible for representing Swinburne’s brand in handling prospective student enquiries with undertaking targeted, recruitment and conversion activities.

You will be a subject matter expert across Swinburne programs, handling a variety of student enquiries and work as part of an agile team. The role requires the ability to respond quickly in delivering course advice, application, offer and acceptance process assistance across both domestic and international cohorts.

In this varied role, you will also have the opportunity to participate in various recruitment events, delivering one to one course advice to enable conversion to enrolment.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and substantial subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high level customer service in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
