About the job
As a Facilities and Services Administration Officer you will provide high-level customer service for all Facilities and Services operations. You will work across a range of activities with Facilities and Services including the participation in the operation of the Facilities and Services Operations Service Desk, processing invoices and work orders, maintaining a range of registers and as required, providing administrative support for the Operations Manager, Associate Director Operations and Services or Associate Director Corporate Services.
You will also be required to support the contract management process and liaise with clients, assessing their requirements and responding accordingly. Your ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.
