About the job
The Course Advice Coordinator position reports to the Deputy Director, Enrolment Services, and is responsible for the delivery of enrolment-related services at a very high standard to Higher Education coursework students and colleagues across the University.

These services are generally time-critical, and significant in size and importance to students which include the management of advanced standing applications to students’ study plans, course completion and assisting students with amendments to their enrolment throughout their studies.

This role is integral as an escalation point for stakeholders and the Course Advice team to ensure that students complete their studies within the requirements of their course rules and to liaise with senior colleagues for resolution of any complex enrolment matters affecting a student’s progress to completion.

You will also have an eye when it comes to identifing areas for process and policy improvement is responsible for putting in place support services as required to assist students to complete their enrolment relevant to the ever-changing needs of the student population.

In this varied role, you will be required to work flexibly across the team to support operational needs and to facilitate staff development opportunities.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Significant experience in the coordination of student / client service functions and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality services to a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in the provision of service, quality and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement.
