We?re changing and improving the way we source for candidates and creating better connectivity between recruitment and the business, through innovative and proactive practices. To do this, we need to support them with Marketing Specialists who help by developing and executing on integrated campaigns to guarantee the most targeted approach.
As a Global Brand and Marketing Lead within our Joiners and Movers tribe you will be responsible for leading other market specialists (previously known as a squad) to create integrated, aligned and engaging talent marketing attraction and acquisition approaches and develop innovative sourcing strategies globally. You will be a story teller at heart and shape our brand as an employer of choice by showcasing the great work being done. You will drive and champion the use of emerging and innovative channels to source future talent.
We work to agile ways, so you will work across different squads participating in daily stand ups, ceremonies, retros etc. within your squad and tribe (don?t? worry if this is new terms to you ? we?ll upskill you).
