In that vein, we are committed to doing things differently and are currently seeking Organisational Development professionals to join us in changing ANZ from the inside by creating experiences that unleash the potential of our people, so that they learn, grow and develop, so we are continually adapting and evolving to build a better bank.
Our OD opportunities involve designing, developing, implementing and embedding organisational design solutions that drive behaviours, mindsets and learning aligned to ANZs aspirational culture and capability mix. As a passionate change agent, you will be committed to playing an active role in driving a purpose led organization, to have a specific impact on the culture around you. You will understand business and people processes to continuously improve, simplify and deliver a better experience across the employee journey (e.g. joining ANZ, managing performance, being rewarded to name a few). You will continually change, embed, review and iterate - the work does not stop at implementation.
The radical redesign of our function has seen traditional HR accountabilities renamed, and aligned to the Agile methodology with tribes, squads and chapters but name changes are just the beginning. The transformation of Talent and Culture has us putting the employee at the heart of everything we do and embracing agile ways of working and human centred design to focus on delivering better end-to-end experiences for our people.
