About the job
Based in our Department of Management and Marketing, we are looking for a Senior Lecturer in Management with expertise in ethics and corporate responsibility.
As a Senior Lecturer, you will be expected to prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and workshops and to assess students in management, and specifically business ethics, both on campus and online. You will be tasked with making a significant contribution to the initiation and development of academic programs and working with the academic team in the development of program change and innovation. With your collaborative style, you will mentor and counsel students on academic matters and also supervise masters by research and PhD students.
Bringing your research skills to our team, you will make a contribution to our Faculty’s research output, income and impact is expected.
Working with other Faculty and University members, you will be proactively participate in activities that foster and build further on existing links with government, business, communities and professions in Australia and internationally.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• An earned doctoral qualification in the relevant discipline
• Intellectual contributions, including quality journal publications, in the relevant discipline
• Experience in undertaking teaching, associated administrative duties, coordination and curriculum development at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In particular, strong teaching outcomes in management, business ethics and corporate responsibility.
• Demonstrated excellence in and commitment to innovative education, including blended learning formats, online teaching and the use of case studies, role-plays and/or simulations in the learning environment
