About the role

The Inclusion and Diversity Lead is a key role that supports the advancement of our philosophy on valuing a diverse workforce and promoting a culture that embraces inclusion at Cafs. The role works across the organisation to build on existing work in relation to accessibility and disability, Aboriginal reconciliation, Rainbow Tick accreditation and diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

Formal qualification or demonstrated work experience in the areas of Social Science, Health Promotion, Community Development, Human Resource Management or related discipline.

You are organised and flexible, with effective administrative, time and project management skills. You are a great communicator and can work collaboratively to build partnerships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
