About the job
As Swinburne Student Life’s Administration Officer you will conduct the administrative and operational aspects of the Finance and Office Administration service for Swinburne Student Life by providing advice, support, liaison, assistance and excellent customer service to Swinburne University, students and other stakeholders as necessary.
Being a first point of contact you will play an integral role in Swinburne Student Life’s mission and values through your ability to deliver quality customer service to students. You also support the Swinburne Student Life function by contributing to the development of work procedures and technical documents, and ensuring day to day office operations are running effectively and efficiently. This role is perfect for an administration professional who is passionate about delivering a quality student experience to Swinburne students.
