Swinburne are looking for a Payroll Officer to join a project team implementing a new HRIS and payroll system. The systems being implemented include iChris and Workday and any exposure to these systems will be highly regarded.
You will be a great communicator, with solid Payroll experience and sound knowledge of current relevant legislation with the initiative to get involved in a variety of projects across People & Culture.
In addition to everyday payroll processing duties, from time to time, you will produce reports in the relevant systems on an ad hoc basis to provide relevant insights to the People & Culture division and identify and implement process improvement initiatives to create efficiencies where possible.
