As the Operations Team Leader, you will form part of the Adviser Service and Operations Leadership team within Pension & Investments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume team consisting of 8 staff members and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all premium adviser tasks including enquiries, reports, phone calls, and other workflow items including escalations.
