As Senior Manager, Employee Experience you will be responsible for the development of leadership, employee engagement, capability development, and diversity and inclusion strategies to drive and support an inclusive and high-performing culture.
Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, a key focus of this role will be leading the design and delivery of leadership frameworks that drive the desired culture of the organisation. You will provide University-wide thought leadership, advice and support in relation to Swinburne’s various diversity and inclusion (D&I) related strategies, objectives and priorities, and will ensure all organisational development programs they design and implement are in alignment with our values and behaviours
