Expressions of Interest: Early Childhood and Education Teachers – Vocational Education
Do you work in the Early Childhood/Education sector and are looking for a role where you can make a real difference in the lives of the next generation of learners and see real-time benefits of your work?

If you are, Swinburne’s Pathways and Vocational Education (PAVE) is now inviting expressions of interest for casual teachers to commence ASAP. Due to unprecedented growth, we are calling for teachers in the Early Childhood and Education fields to visit and asses our students working in industry placements and teach:
• Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood and Education
• Certificate IV in Education Support
• Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation (Primary and Secondary Teaching)

The role of a Swinburne VE Teacher is to inspire, engage and educate our students for the 21st century. As a Teacher you will implement industry best practice and apply current learning technologies and contemporary learning pedagogies. You will work collaboratively within a team of education professionals. Within this team environment, you will plan deliver, assess, evaluate and ensure compliance of high quality education and training programs.

You will have:
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116): or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 or equivalent units.
• Relevant degree or vocational qualification in Early Childhood/Education
• A passion to teach in this area
