The Opportunity

Working in a passionate and supportive PMO team, time will be spent building relationships and creating engagement, as well as:

  • Complete PMO operational activities such as development, continuous improvement, application/uptake of PMO processes, tools and frameworks, portfolio management and prioritising decision making support through data, insights and analytics
  • Development of various communication/approvals packs and content for input into key governance forums, scheduling of key forums 
  • Support the development of new processes including coordinating the working groups as well as the ongoing and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all PMO processes are documented within Promapp
  • Scheduling and coordination of training as well as training module development support 
  • Support the tracking of the programs and projects running across the organization at a portfolio level and assist in producing reporting for governance boards

Who we’re looking for

Our new PMO Support Lead will be driven and passionate, keen to get things done and able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a team player with:

  • Experience in PMO framework developments and common PMO or portfolio practices
  • Strong portfolio management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience driving action within a project delivery environment with knowledge of project delivery controls 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, organised and self-motivated 
  • Experience with PPM tools and reporting tools (E.g. Tableau, Clarity, MS Project Server, Sentient)
  • Ability to manage plans as well as develop and analyse project plans using MS Project scheduling
