We are currently seeking a new passionate Team Leader to join our Domestic and Direct Recruitment team.

About the Job
As our new Domestic and Direct Recruitment Team Leader, you will contribute to the achievement of student enrolment targets for SUT programs in Australia by actively managing the direct sales funnel for efficiency and optimal conversion performance.

In this integral role, you will oversee the ongoing monitoring of the sales funnel and deployment of tactical and strategic initiatives to ensure customers transition through and have a positive on boarding experience.

Additionally, you will coordinate with the allied business units that engage with customer through their on boarding to ensure that there is alignment and provides subject matter expertise on the customer experience.

Specifically, Marketing, Recruitment and Channel Integration is responsible for: developing and managing the Swinburne brand, domestic and international student recruitment, developing and implementing sales channel and pipeline management strategies; admissions; advertising; and conducting market research and data analysis.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A degree in Marketing/Business Management or related fields with subsequent relevant sales management experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Demonstrated experience in managing a direct sales channel in a services industry
• Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, teamwork, negotiation and leadership skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including strong public speaking ability
