About the job
Reporting to the Enquiries Coordinator, Current Students, you would be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers of the University. You will provide accurate advice, service and issue resolution to facilitate timely information, communication and liaison between student cohorts and key areas and staff in a fast paced environment where issue resolution is critical.
You will be expected to work predominately in our Contact Centre, but will also be required to participate in a job rotation with key Customer Service interactions located across our campuses. You would be required to work flexibly across Student Administration and Library Services to support operational needs and to facilitate staff development opportunities.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post certificate relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of client/ customer service within a Contact Centre environment, including demonstrable knowledge of customer service principles and practice
• Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations
