The purpose of the Deposits & Wealth business is to provide products that are simple, easy to use and enable our customers to bank with confidence. Through the design, manufacture and management of a simple range of savings and transaction products to bring the customer proposition to life for our Retail and Business customers


As a Product Manager (known internally as a Journey Expert), in our deposits Run & Improve squad your mission is to do things right the first time, execute well managed activities, improve our products and related processes and optimise existing end-to-end customer journeys so that our customers can bank with confidence.


You will bring your well-developed skills to support a wide range work activities such as customer needs discovery, product management, business analysis, solution design, communication, change and delivery management.


You will use these skills and will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the product value chain to ensure that business and customer impacts have been considered, our products are well managed and meet our commitments to our bankers and customers and any events and issues are adequately managed

What you bring to the Deposits & Wealth business?

  • Existing functional experience or expertise in financial services product management and/or product related change and implementation.

  • 3+ years in financial services product management.

  • An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do.

  • Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate

  • Strong interest in and affinity for deposits and/or transactional banking products.

  • A desire to optimise customer journeys and experiences
