About the Scholarship
This PhD Project will examine the effects of leadership on the individual and organisational effectiveness within Australian hospital emergency departments.

Through this scholarship, you will contribute to the wider literature, as well as informing the ability of organisations, such as Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) and health systems to develop individuals, team and organisational performance.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills, ability to project manage as well as the ability to learn and analyse research data and systems.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or current enrolment in the FACEM Training Program.
  • Demonstrated social and adaptive communication skills to connect with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to learn new research and data analysis skills and system.
