The Role & Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant at RMIT, you will have the opportunity to support leaders across the organisation, including our Academic Schools and our Professional areas. You will be responsible for ensuring your relevant area is supported from a administration perspective, to ensure the operations run efficiently and effectively.

Skills & Experience

  • Provision of a high-level administration support within a large and complex organisation, including correspondence, enquiries,
  • Demonstrated experience with complex diary management for senior leaders
  • International/domestic travel management and event coordination
  • Preparation of reports, minutes and presentations for executive and council meetings
  • Uphold and exercise a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at varying different levels
  • Exceptional organisational skills including time management, prioritisation and problem solving within a high-volume environment
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office products and various databases and software programs
  • Support project activities across your relevant discipline
