About the role
As a Personal Banker, you will deliver a great customer experience by adopting a positive, relationship-based, and customer-centric approach. You will demonstrate passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers, and you will educate customers on easy ways to bank. You'll provide a full range of professional sales expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals. You'll dynamically seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to accredited specialist staff and contribute to overall branch profitability, by achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.
 
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-

• Customer driven and sales oriented
• Proactive and shows initiative
• Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail and/or sales experience
• Active user and promoter of technology
• Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
• Tier 2 Accreditation 

Rostered hours:
Monday: 8:45am – 3:00pm
Tuesday: 8:45am – 3:00pm
Thursday: 8:45am – 3:00pm
Friday: 8:45am – 3:00pm
