About The Role
As a Marketing Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of marketing treatment plans to customer segments. You will be able to maximise channels performance through a thorough monitoring of relevant metrics and relevant optimisation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experienced marketer and project manager- Uses extensive experience in marketing to deliver on goals. Has track record of executing marketing plans on time, on budget and with high quality. Experience maximising modern marketing toolkits including, Adobe Analytics, AEM, and Unica. Tertiary or post graduate qualifications in business or finance and/or marketing.

Results Focus Strives to improve business performance. Continually sets challenging goals, which are realistic, but typically more challenging than those set by the organisation. Identifies opportunities for improvements in outcomes, processes and systems to improve results and performance.

Understanding the business Understands key business drivers within ANZ and the potential opportunities. Knows where the ANZ proposition is situated in the market compared to its competition and utilises knowledge to drive competitive advantage and continual development.

Customer Focus Track record of executing customer centric activity to businesses. Responds to customer feedback and behaviour. Is a trusted adviser to the both marketing and business colleagues.

Get people excited about an idea, concept, product or service being offered. Carefully prepares arguments and presentations ahead of meetings.
