About the role:
The Principal Advisor is part of the People leadership team, working closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and collaborating with the People executive team to manage the development and execution of the strategy. This role is responsible for executing the People operating rhythm, managing content and submissions to key University forums, leading key engagement activities across the team and other significant programs of work as required.
The Principal Advisor supports the CPO on the financial management of the People function, and is responsible for briefing the CPO for significant engagements. The role is required to work effectively across all levels of the organisation to develop productive working relationships with University stakeholders. The Principal Advisor also provides leadership and support to the Executive Assistant to the CPO, to ensure effective and efficient prioritisation of diary commitments.
