About the Job
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Students Administration and Library Services department. As our new Enrolment Officer (Partnerships), you will be responsible for the planning, processing, scheduling and delivery of the student enrolment processes and activities for student cohorts across all educational partnerships. A major focus of this role is to support the partner institutes and ensure that student enrolment administration needs are met and that students have a positive and hassle-free enrolment experience.
The role works closely with Swinburne International and is expected to act as a subject matter expert for key operational activities and is required to work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that students’ experience from application to enrolment is a seamless one.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Completion of a degree or subsequent relevant work experience; or
• Completion of an associate diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Demonstrated commitment of excellence in the provision of service, quality and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to investigate and make informed decisions regarding complex issues
