Contribute to the achievement of domestic student enrolment targets for SUT programs in Australia through effective management of a program of engagement with school prospects.

About the Job
This manager position has a hands-on role in representing the University at recruitment events and is a key role in raising the awareness and visibility of the Swinburne brand in the schools market. Additionally, the position oversees the schools recruitment team activities to generate enquiries from school students, liaise with key contacts in schools, and develop and implement an annual calendar of recruitment activities that aligns with the broader SUT Schools Recruitment Strategy. You would be expected to work with the marketing team, recruitment channels and other SUT staff to develop unique experiences for the school leaver audience.

The role also plays a key role in the ongoing development and implementation of the SUT Schools Recruitment Strategy.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A degree in marketing/ communications, business management or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience, or an equivalent combination
• Current Victorian Driver’s License
• Demonstrated experience in managing an indirect sales channel in a services industry
• Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
