About the College / portfolio
The School of Health and Biomedical Sciences comprises three Academic Clusters (Allied Health, Applied Health, and Biomedical Sciences). Many of the School’s programs utilise Work Integrated Learning as an intrinsic part of their teaching either within partner industries or through the University’s state-of-the-art student led Clinic located at Bundoora.


About the role
As the Clinic Reception Administrative Officer, you are responsible for the everyday coordination of the reception area and sharing your time across assisting with administrative duties. This is a hands on role delivering quality customer service and will require you to be agile with your time management. Working closely with the Clinic Manager, you will act as their 2IC to ensure that support is delivered to clients/patients, students and clinical staff. You will manage the patient management database and ensure that it is kept up to date and any issues are logged accordingly. Some out of hours work will be required.
