About the role and portfolio:
The Portfolio houses significant drivers and delivery components across the staff and student journeys and enables the overall experience for both groups. The Portfolio is integral in bringing the RMIT strategy to life, across the globe. Each of these functions supports the global operations of the University both directly as well as through its controlled entities.
You will work as part of a creative and dynamic multidisciplinary team to co-design a new approach to how RMIT understands problems and works collaboratively to implement the most effective solutions. You will lead activities designed to build the reconciliation capability of the RMIT AQ, ensuring that reconciliation is embedded in the ethos and practice of the team.
About you:
Ideally you will have, exposure to programs, project management and researching policy within complex organisations.
You'll have demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships across internal and external groups.
