About the Job
Our Workplace Relations Advisor will join a professional and well regarded team team. This role has a focus on case management and providing specialist advice and support across a broad range of workplace relations and industrial relations matters. Reporting to the Workplace Relations Manager within our People & Culture team role you will partner with key stakeholders and line managers, taking responsibility for end-to-end case management management and provide employment relations advice.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, employment law, industrial relations or equivalent; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Workplace relations (case management and advisory) or employment law experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment law and best practice in case management
  • Ability to interpret and apply enterprise agreements, awards, legislation, contracts, policies and procedures
