About the role and college
The College of Business and Law comprises seven schools delivering a broad range of programs in Business, ranging from Certificates up to PHD levels. Many programs articulate between Vocational Education and Higher Education, creating pathways for further study. RMIT Business programs are delivered in Melbourne, Vietnam, Singapore, Shanghai and Jakarta, as well as through RMIT Online. The College has an annual budget of approximately $200 million, employs over 475 staff and delivers programs to approximately 31,000 students (21,000 EFTSL).
In 2020, the College of Business and Law is embarking on a journey that will see programs and courses transformed to 100% digitally enabled, blended experiences. As Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in this high impact project, driving and enacting upon the principles and practices that purposefully ensures the College of Business and Laws learning journey meets students where they are.

About you
The Senior Learning Experience Designer will lead and manage initiatives to enable and support the design, development and delivery of student-centred blended learning experiences. Coming into this role, you will play pivotal role in contributing to the digital transformation project in creating high quality and impactful learning experiences and activities in the College of Business and Law. The role will provide leadership and expert advice in educational development, learning design and future pedagogies to enhance practice and outcomes in all locations and blended delivery channels.
