About the Job
In this pivotal role of Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, your primary focus will be to deliver analytical and decision services to inform Swinburne’s Marketing strategy and optimisation of marketing efforts through conducting detailed analyses using the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite. You will provide timely and relevant reporting to facilitate decision-making and to leverage data and generate insights that will assist Swinburne to achieve its student acquisition, retention, and engagement objectives.

This role demands an innovative approach with evolving analytical techniques and technologies to develop true end-to-end views of the customer experience and outcomes to inform marketing effectiveness. You will lead a team in the delivery of an integrated data, analytics and optimisation capability for Swinburne to empower executive, academic and management users with consistent information and reporting so that opportunities and issues can be quickly identified and to allow for the capability of the integrated Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of tools to be fully leveraged.

Furthermore, it is expected that the role ensures the provision of training, modelling and analytical support and facilitation of requisite data governance/quality processes to ensure data integrity and encourage adoption of Adobe Analytics as the single source of truth across Swinburne.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A relevant degree with postgraduate qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience working in an analytics focused leadership position.
• Extensive experience in web analytics, business analytics, campaign analytics, business intelligence, or related area
• Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting the continuous improvement of an analytics’ team’s multi-channel marketing performance framework.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of analytical and optimisation tools (Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Target, Launch) and a high level of working knowledge in how these tools integrate across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack.
