About the Job
We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic IT professional to join our Application Services team as an Application Analyst. In this role you will work with the team to provide seamless integration across our systems to optimise operational efficiency for University staff and provide an excellent student experience.
As a confident and effective communicator, you will be required to establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues to develop and implement significant improvements for Corporate Systems by analysing and defining business requirements, supporting user testing and business process reengineering.
The aim of the Application Services team is to keep Swinburne's IT Applications highly available & functional. We do this by utilising Service Management principles and the ITIL framework across the areas of:
This role is required to transition and support existing/new application services across the University.
