Contribute to our admissions function at Swinburne University within a dynamic regional team.

About the Job
Working closely with the Admissions Team Leader and the International Recruitment staff, your role would be to ensure that Swinburne achieves the maximum enrolment yield from applications to offers, acceptances and enrolments. With your knowledge, you will be involved in the assessment of ELICOS, PAVE & Swinburne Academy progressions, as well as Swinburne student transfer requests.

Your role will provide a high level of customer service as a part of the International Admissions team to prospective students, parents of prospective students, Agents & Government Sponsoring bodies. You will be required to manage relationships both internally and externally to effectively assess applications according to the agreed rules for selection, and in accordance with Swinburne’s policies and procedures.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of a diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or a combination of relevant experience and education/ training
• Detailed knowledge of South East Asia and Middle East qualifications, and experience in these assessments
• Organisational skills, including strong attention to detail, the ability to follow-through on tasks and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
