About Project Pi and the Role

At the heart of Project Pi is a commitment to implement a single, simple, secure and smart platform for all of RMIT’s HR, Finance and Student Information functions that will:

  • Make all day to day university interactions seamless
  • Provide our people with reliable and accurate information so they can better support, create and deliver transformative education programs, and
  • Enable our students and staff to access what they need anywhere, anytime and however they choose. 

You will be responsible for;

  • Working closely with the Contract Lifecycle Management Stream Lead to define and validate configuration requirements, templates and user settings for the Source to Contract and Contract Management Solution (iCertis).
  • Translate process design, policies and user requirements into system configuration and set up to ensure an end to end solution across the entire Procurement lifecycle.
  • Work closely with and assist where required the Procurement and Contract Data Analysts.

About you

You will have the ability to translate process design, policies and user requirements into system configuration and set up to ensure an end to end solution across the entire Procurement lifecycle Experience in delivering outcomes that are Customer and User focused to ensure an experience for end users that is easy to use, fit for purpose and meets the risk and commercial requirements of RMIT.

Ideally, you’ll have subject matter expertise in these areas;

  • Document and Content Management
  • eProcurement processes and solutions
  • eProcurement technologies
  • Contract Lifecycle Knowledge
  • Experience in Workday Financial – highly desirable
  • Experience in iCertis – highly desirable

Qualifications

Qualification in Procurement / Business / IT Discipline, experience in Contract or Project Management from a commercial or business background
