About the Role
As the Reporting & Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation of regular Payroll reports and distribution to internal and external customers, such as ABS and VAGO. You will have strong knowledge of SAP and SAP Reporting tools and contribute to improving Payroll processes. The Reporting & Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintaining Universitys compliant payroll system by identifying system issues, liaising with IT Services and training of end users.
About You
You will have extensive SAP HR/Payroll experience within large and complex organisation. You will have demonstrated experience in managing and leading a high performing cohesive team and managing performance and cultural change as well as have strong communication skills and ability to establish successful working relationship and influence stakeholders in a positive and diplomatic manner. You will have experience in conducting User Accptance Testing and the preparation of test scrips, annual SAP Support Pack texting and identifying, scoping and developing reports using tools such as; SAP Ad Hoc Query, Business Intelligence7 and Spinifex IT reporting toolkit.
