About the role/College
The College of Business is one of the largest business schools in the Asia Pacific region and delivers industry-engaged education and applied research that spark ambition and new perspectives. Attracting over 31,000 students, programs are delivered in Melbourne, Vietnam, and via significant teaching partnerships in Singapore, China and Indonesia. Through RMIT Online the College offers a range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs.
The Service Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting quality of service delivery with a focus on service enhancement and end-user experience. This role requires a forward-looking and innovative approach to work and the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to new pressures and opportunities. The incumbent will need to innovate and apply creativity to continually evolve the Students and Programs service model with a global mindset, aligning with University strategy and objectives including working closely with RMIT Connect to ensure alignment in service.
Day-to-day responsibilities include providing specialist advice on areas of service quality, supporting our service model and continuous improvement activities, including:
The incumbent will also design materials and resources and deliver basic service training relating to all areas of customer service.

Skills and Experience
You will have proven analytical and root cause data analysis capabilities to identify opportunities for service improvement. You also need to demonstrate experience in delivering training and support in the area of quality. Understanding of different learning styles will be critical in this role.
You will have experience and understanding in a systems and improvement-oriented student service environment. Furthermore, your ability to work collaboratively with a range of staff and stakeholders at various levels to support a culture of quality and continuous improvement will add to your success in this role.
Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
