About Research and Innovation Portfolio
RMITs Research and Innovation Portfolio supports researchers to help shape the world. Part of the Research and Innovation Portfolio, Part of the Research and Innovation Portfolio, the School of Graduate Research (SGR) supports graduates to drive innovation and contribute to excellent research outcomes. Managing the candidature lifecycle from admission to examination, SGR provides services for scholarships, candidature, quality assurance, and a suite of career and professional development programs to enrich the experience of our research candidates and our Higher Degree by Research (HDR) supervisors.
The Role
The Senior Coordinator, Outreach and Employability is responsible for developing and supporting processes to ensure increased opportunities for HDR candidates that enhance the diverse career paths they may choose. This role requires strong stakeholder management, as it focuses on engagement with end-users (such as government, commercial and not-for-profit organisations) via internships or end-user-focused research; and on connectivity between HDR alumni and their positive engagement in all aspects of the HDR life-cycle.
