About the role
As the Academic Services Officer you will provide support in day-to-day operations of academic administration across all programs. You will work across the full range of student life-cycle activities including admission, credit assessment, enrolments and student mobility. You will be required to provide accurate and timely advice to students on the Universitys policies and procedures and contribute to the teams overall success through continuous process improvement.
About you
You will have proven experience in delivery of high quality administrative support and customer service within a large and complex organisation and/or tertiary sector. Your strengths will be the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly across various software platforms and contribute to the teams goals by driving your own initiative and providing creative solutions within your immediate work area. You will have excellent communication skills and ability to use your sound sense of judgement while dealing with sensitive and complex cases.

Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
