About The Role

Role Location: 839 Collins St, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent & Full-time

As the Governance Manager, you will assist in the governance of ANZ Staff Superannuation. In this role, you will develop constructive relationships with service providers and ensure that member’s interests are at the heart of all decision making and processes. You will manage complaints, incidents, and claims, and you will provide thought leadership over governance & risk matters. You will develop the ANZ Staff Super’s Modern Slavery framework and will ensure that Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) remain current.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 

  • Superannuation (RG146) qualification
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification

  • Experience in Risk Management
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence the business
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
