About the role and college / portfolio:
The Cluster Leader is responsible for the effective administration of academic administration and student lifecycle activities and processes across the School. In this role, you will ensure that all academic administration operations and delivery arrangements are effective and streamlined and will work on prioritising service across the student lifecycle. You will lead cultural and work practice changes and be responsible for one of the Schools service projects.
The School of Vocational Design and Social Context delivers a range of educational programs from certificate III to Associate Degree and industry training.

Qualifications:
Degree or postgraduate qualification in relevant discipline and /or extensive experience in a relevant administrative field. Sound knowledge of relevant policies, regulation and quality standards in the vocational education and training sector is advantageous.
