As an Executive Support Officer within the newly formed Swinburne Academy, you will be providing high level administrative and executive support to members of the leadership team. You will be required to manage appointments, arrange meetings, and liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Swinburne Academy General Manager.
As well you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative functions which support teaching and learning operational activities.
The Teaching and Learning Executive Support Officer will facilitate compliance with University and Regulatory processes and will enable the implementation and streamlining of processes. This position will ensure timely information transfer between Swinburne Academy and other areas of the University. Being a primary point of contact for the leadership team, you play a crucial role in the success of the Academy.
Your ability to work a dual role and demonstrated flexibility will be crucial to your success in this role.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience or; an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and executive support services within a busy, client focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across cultures, and with staff at all levels of an organisation.
