Shift Schedule:
 

Monday: 08:45 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 7.00 hours

Tuesday: 09:30 AM - 02:00 PM = 4.50 hours

Wednesday: 08:45 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 7.00 hours

Thursday: 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours

Friday: 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM (30 minute break) = 8.00 hours

Sunday: Not Rostered
 

Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 33.00 hours

As a Senior Personal Banker, you will act as an ANZ products initiator and role model and will also eagerly support the Branch Manager in delivering ANZ’s Retail Strategy in addition to day to day operations for the branch. Deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers. You would also have to educate customers on easy ways to bank, providing a full range of professional offering expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals.

To be successful in this role, will ideally bring the following:

• Management and Coaching Capabilities
• Full Mortgage, Simple Wealth and Small Business accreditation
• Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail and/or experience working on KPIs
• Passionate, shows initiative, customer centric and retail-oriented
• Influential user and promoter of technology
• Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
