The purpose of the Home Owners Tribe is to make
ANZ the best bank for Australians looking to buy, own or sell a home (efficiently,
honestly and fairly).
As a Journey Expert Marketing & Strategy,
you will be working within squads responsible for continually improving the
reasons for Australians to choose ANZ through collecting deep customer , buying
journey & channel insight, designing compelling propositions (across a wide
spectrum of choice factors such as product & packaging, price, services,
process, education, credit policy) and then delivering these through excellent
execution across all buying channels along with distinctive advertising and
communications.

What you bring to the Tribe:To grow and be successful in this role, you will
bring the following:
- Tertiary/post
graduate marketing qualifications
- Curiosity
to understand the Home Owners business drivers, customer needs and a focus
on putting the customer at the centre of all that we do.
- A
growth mindset, resilient nature, and an ability to
cope and support others through ambiguity, uncertainty and change at pace.
- Understanding
of and some experience with customer proposition development (research,
design, launch to market).
- Marketer
and project manager - uses experience
in marketing to deliver on objectives. Has track record of executing
marketing plans on time, on budget and with high quality.
- Agile
experience desirable, but not mandatory.
- Sound
understanding of integrated marketing communications
including media strategy and mix, creative development and production as
well as 1:1/data leads marketing communications.
- Understanding
of customer channels, and how customers
interact with branch, Mobile lending, third party (Broker), digital and
phone channels to enquire and apply.
- Experience
within financial services desirable -
understands key business drivers within ANZ and the potential
opportunities. Knows where the ANZ Home Owners proposition is situated in
the market compared to its competition and utilises knowledge to drive
competitive advantage and continual development.
