Journey Expert Commercialisation & Change
The Credit Cards and Personal Lending Tribes mission is to identify, attract and define customer propositions to make banking easy for our customers, setting them on the path for a broader relationship with ANZ.
As a Journey Expert, Commercialisation & Change, your role will be in a team that delivers strategy, planning and business performance improvements.
You will be responsible for:
Optimising the end-to-end customer journey and improving the customers experience by devising innovative propositions
Developing proposals to improve business performance and longer term strategy
Managing the P&L and providing commercial support for the Tribe
Supporting the portfolio to comply with a changing regulatory environment and adherence to internal governance practices to minimise risk.
What you bring to the role
Financial modelling experience and commercial acumen with a strong understanding of the P&L and the drivers/impacts of commercial decisions
Strategic thinking and problem solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business
Excellent ability to analyse data, draw insights and think laterally to identify opportunities to deliver growth and business objectives
Passion to improve customer experience and you put the customer at the centre of everything you do
Adept at juggling competing priorities in a fast paced, demanding environment and have strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
Proven strength in efficient delivery (even when faced with complex networks of stakeholders) - ability to plan/document/communicate/deliver on work that ladders up to broader business plans

Additional skills that you will bring:
Financial Services experience, preferably in the unsecured lending business
Demonstrable experience in areas such as Product Management, Business Delivery, Change Management, and Project Planning with an affinity for working with Technology
Proven data analysis and a track record in turning insights into action
