About the Group
The Global Marketing, Digital and Student Recruitment (GMDSR) Groups vision is to bring to life RMITs 2020 strategy by putting the student at the centre of everything we do, creating a differentiated brand proposition, developing integrated deep insights for all our global students, and cultivating a differentiated and relevant service experience for those segments. The GMDSR unit includes the following teams; Market Intelligence & Analysis; Market Development & Customer Innovation; Brand, Segments and Campaigns; Marketing Business Partners and Global Student recruitment.
The Global Student Recruitment Team leads all sales and direct marketing activities. It also includes International admissions activities, International student services, sponsorship development, and agent management.
About you
As the current incumbent has accepted a secondment within the university, a Manager, Global Recruitment Development is required to start as soon as possible until February 2021.
Reporting to the Senior Adviser - Student Recruitment and Development, you will focus on developing, growing and managing direct international and domestic customers and the delivery of strategic enhancements to prospects with the purpose of attaining, optimising and growing customer markets to support the broader RMIT recruitment and diversification strategy.
A key function of this role will be to analyse current operations and introduce projects to maximise the recruitment pipeline and improve customer experience. You will also be tasked with driving key outcomes and meeting recruitment targets in the direct international and domestic markets.
As the successful candidate, you will have working knowledge of student recruitment, student life-cycle and/or admissions, within the higher education sector domestically and internationally.
