About the Portfolio
The Global Marketing and Student Recruitment (GMSR) Groups vision is to bring to life RMITs 2020 strategy by putting the student at the centre of everything we do, creating a differentiated brand proposition, developing integrated deep insights for all of our global students, and cultivating a differentiated and relevant service experience for those segments. The GMSR unit includes the following teams; Market Intelligence & Analysis; Market Development & Customer Innovation; Brand, Segments and Campaigns; Marketing Business Partners and Global Student Recruitment.
About the Role
The Paid Search and Media Advisor will support the Manager Acquisition Marketing to optimise RMITs digital media investment. You will lead RMIT Universitys paid search activity in-house and implement ongoing optimisations, provide insights and ensure the account is performing to meet acquisition targets. You will have a real passion for digital and a love of data.
You will implement paid search activity and optimisation in-house and work alongside the SEO specialist to ensure paid and organic search work in conjunction to achieve the best return on investment, partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to implement and optimise digital campaigns that meet recruitment objectives, build strong relationships with the agencies and partners, and ensure campaigns/ key initiatives launch on time and are optimised well to achieve acquisition targets. Some other key elements to this role include providing key partners with regular high quality reports on paid search performance by segments and campaigns, supporting RMITs end-to-end digital marketing strategy partnering with key stakeholders across the University and providing strategic advice and expertise with regards to digital marketing performance, supporting the adoption of new AdTech/MarTech across RMITs acquisition efforts, and be a champion of innovation and data-driven performance marketing and analysing the market, global trends, competitors and users providing actionable insight
