About the role

As the Staff Lifecycle Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high quality and confidential administrative support across a range of HR functions in the College of Business and Law. You will work across full range of activities across recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding process as well as working closely with the Manager, Client & Resource Services and the Resource Services team to ensure all staff lifecycle activities are maintained.

About you

You will have extensive experience in providing high-level administrative and customer-focussed support and motivation to deliver customer service to the best possible standards. You will be able to work independently and provide creative solutions to complex challenges as well as have strong ability to interpret and apply the University’s policies and procedures. You will also have strong IT skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and draw on the University’s internal resources to successfully contribute to the team’s overall success.
