Come join the Faculty of Health, Arts & Design as our new Clinical Research Nurse to assist with the day-to-day running of research projects.

About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for performing clinical procedures including blood and other biological sample collection, blood sample preparation, vital sign monitoring, adverse event monitoring and oversight, and other data collection and management.

The Clinical Research Nurse will also undertake planning and preparatory work for future study activities including participant recruitment and scheduling and preparation of study documents. The Research Nurse will also assist the Clinical Facilities Manager in other Research duties when required, including data collection and data entry for research projects.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Holds a current registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse in Victoria
• Experienced in venepuncture and cannulation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
• High degree of computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft office Suite, Outlook and propriety software (SPSS) in a Windows environment.
• Great organisation and time-keeping skills
