Looking for an ambitious, pro-active Office Manager and people leader who loves customer service and numbers.

About the Job
As our new Team Leader, you will lead your team in the administrative, strategic and operational aspects of the Finance & Office Administration service for Swinburne Student Life, delivering quality student experiences and an enhanced sense of belonging to our customers.

This role is the oil that keeps the machine running and drives a number of collaborative business projects. You’ll be a member of a larger Team Leader group, championing the day to day leadership of Student Life as a team and developing the people around you. You’ll be the source of operational expertise in Finance, working closely with all members of the leadership team, and making sure our service teams are well supported.

Who will this role suit? This role is perfect for someone who has experience in Office Management and understands small business finance (book-keeping, budgets, forecasts etc), but we will definitely consider candidates who love numbers and would like to develop their skills.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
1. A degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
2. Demonstrated experience leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve quality standards.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes in the following areas:
• innovative approaches to service provision
• collaborative project leadership
• administrative cost-savings
